No one is taking Najib's People First slogan seriously

Dato' Sri Najib/ Tan Sri Mohd Sidek (KSN)
This is how bad your civil servants at Selayang Municipal Council have been. I am not the only one who is complaining against your lack of attention in the complaints of the people.

This is why no one takes your "Rakyat didahulukan; pencapaian diutamakan" seriously.
Read on, and you will know. Ask yourselves this question: Why and how can two housing estates be given the same names? It was done when BN was the Government. It clearly shows that BN has also failed in its duty to the people.

TWO housing estates with the same name has been causing confusion to postmen and the public for the past 15 years.

The housing estates, Taman Rawang Jaya, are just 3km apart. Two signboards stating Taman Rawang Jaya in Rawang, have made it difficult for postmen to send letters and confusing visitors to the area.

Taman Rawang B, Rukun Tetangga (RT) secretary Ratha Krishnan, 61, said the two housing estates had been sharing the name for the last 15 years.

Same name: The signboards for both Taman Rawang Jaya are causing confusion. The one above is at Jalan Serendah- Rawang and the other (below) is near SK Bukit Rawang Jaya.

“There are two signboards bearing the name Taman Rawang Jaya placed at different locations in Rawang,

“One signboard is in Jalan Serendah-Rawang while the other is near SK Bukit Rawang Jaya.

“We have been living in Taman Rawang Jaya near the Greenpark Industrial area since the 1980s. The other area also known as Taman Rawang Jaya in Jalan Bukit Rawang was built about 15 years ago.

“Because of the confusion, visitors have a tough time finding our houses,” said Krishnan.

Taman Rawang B RT treasurer Zahariman Abdul Ghani said complaints had been forwarded to the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) for the last two years.

“We hope something is done to diffentiate the two housing estates,’’ he said.

Resident K. Ramasamy, 67, suggested a name change for Taman Rawang Jaya in Jalan Bukit Rawang. It could be named Taman Bukit Rawang Jaya to avoid confusion.

“And using the word ‘Bukit’ or ‘Bukit 2’ will avoid confusion.

“Residents in Taman Rawang Jaya who moved in first in the 1980s do not want the name of their housing estate to be changed,’’ he said.
