Make your own judgement

On a longstanding issue, the blame was placed on the inefficiency of the state government in managing the enforcement division at Selayang Municipal Council (MPS).

Although it is obvious to me that this is a typical issue with the civil service in this country, the blame on the Selangor State Government by the Head of the Public Complaints Bureau copied to Dato' Sri Najib Tun Razak and Tan Sri Mohd Sidek Hassan (Chief Secretary to the Government), among others, is uncalled for.

My questions are:

(a) Who do these civil servants at MPS think they are reporting to?
(b) Since Pakatan took over the Selangor State in 2008, they have been trying to improve the living conditions of the people. What has the BN Government done for the past 50 years when it had the opportunity to raise the living standards of the people?
(c) When and why was this enforcement head, Azmi Ismail promoted to his position?
(d) When and why was the Yang DiPertua promoted to where he is today?
(e) Why did the previous regime promote people who are unable to solve issues?

Now, you tell me, the woes that the people experience, are these caused by the new State Government of barely two years or the failure of the past regime to improve the living conditions in our housing estates in the past 50 years? It looks like the new state government under Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim has to be given more time to do the spring cleaning. If the BN Government at the Federal level continues to play monkey games, my suggestion is that we simply reject the BN.

Have we not seen enough a highly corrupted regime that amassed the wealth of the nation for themselves? Have we not seen Candlelight Cinderellas being arrested, instead of the snatch thieves and the burglars? How many of our housing estates are employing security guards and foreign workers to look after our housing estates when the police force has been beefed up at the expense of tax payers' money?

When you next hit a pothole or see a whole stretch of streetlights being unlit for over a week, you just remember what I say.
